Hamilton is my amazing city and thriving nicely…..real estate here is just going, going….gone! Especially for residential investment….also excellent value for your dollar versus Toronto (shudder) or elsewhere! Our communities are wonderful and supportive especially our business networking! I am meeting up with Hamilton Economic Development manager this week to chat about extending how we promote this great city!

Nice post! If the need arises to consult a professional when leasing then do so. I think it's much better since paper works takes time to attend and for you to have knowledge about what strategy would be best to do. Especially if it's your first time to go in with lease to own.
